Primary Ballet is a wonderful introduction to the magic of dancing. Broken down into two thirty-minute lessons a week that can be viewed and practiced at your convenience. These lessons are sure to spark joy in every young dancer. Each week one thirty-minute lesson will focus on the precision of classical ballet technique, ballet conditioning, and building classical ballet vocabulary, while the other will explore expressive movements, moving in space, story-telling, and the use of imagination through dance all while becoming one with the music. The dream of becoming a dancer is born here.
The Primary Ballet class not only begins to build muscularity in the young dancer but cultivates confidence, mind-body connection, and a secure sense of self. The International Ballet Academy supports each dancer to be who they are fully and continue to grow into the individual they want to be.
Joining our monthly hour-long live class to check-in and dance with our expert faculty will always be an option, and upon graduating from the nine-month Primary Ballet course the young dancer will be ready to enter IBA’s Pre-Professional Program.
